Jason Schuchman is a New York based television, film and stage actor.
Upcoming TV highlights include a recurring role on the new Shonda Rhimes Netflix miniseries INVENTING ANNA opposite Emmy Winner Julia Garner (OZARK, THE ASSISTANT) and a supporting role on season 23 of LAW & ORDER SVU. Other appearances include the inaugural season of FBI, the final season of THE DEUCE in an episode directed by James Franco, and the comedy pilot HAPPILY EVER ALLY with creator Alyse Kenny, THE WALKING DEAD’s Tovah Feldshuh and THE LAST O.G.’s Derrick Gaines.
On stage he has worked in prestigious theaters in New York and across the United States. Favorites include Tony nominee Nicolas Martin’s production of DEAD END at The Huntington Theatre (with then upcoming Charlie day and Kathryn Hahn), Daniel Goldfarb’s MODERN ORTHODOX opposite Benim Foster and Tony Winner Rachel Bay Jones and the first regional productions of Kenneth Lonergan’s LOBBY HERO. He as also appeared on stage with Emmy nominees Zoe Kazan and Pablo Schreiber and Tony Nominee Marin Ireland.
He is fluent in French, is an avid traveler and does one heck of a Bernie Sanders impression.
